Selected old vine Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah to ensure lovely depth of spicy berry fruit, then harvested early to gain the zippy freshness. It's an aromatic pink with vibrant strawberry and grenadine flavours and a hint of pepper. Serve chilled with prawns, pan-seared salmon or a chicken and seafood paella.
