The bouquet is vibrant and expressive, revealing aromas of blackcurrant bud, ripe white stone fruit, and classic gooseberry, lifted by fresh citrus notes. The palate is bright and refreshing, with flavours of white currant and succulent nashi pear layered over a soft, rounded texture. A subtle mineral thread provides balance and structure, leading to an off-dry finish that is both clean and refreshing. Enjoy now, or cellar for up to three years. 

Sourced from carefully selected Marlborough vineyards, the fruit was harvested in the cool of the evening to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Following harvest, the grapes were promptly pressed and cool-fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring purity of fruit and vibrant varietal expression.
