The Charpentier "TRADITION" represents the quintessence of the Marne Valley "terroir", rich in Pinot Meunier vines, and perfected by the personal touch of winemaker Jean-Marc Charpentier. Each "cuvée" is precise and well balanced, with a pleasing combination of fresh fruit and elegance, for simple and festive occasions.
Marne Valley. 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir. Clay-limestone and limestone marls. Sustainable viticulture.
Stainless steel, temperature controlled tanks. Malolactic fermentation completed.
Blending with 20 to 40% of reserve wines depending on the nature of each vintage. 36 months maturation on the yeasts. Disgorged 6 months prior to shipping.
