Sourced from carefully selected vineyard sites across Marlborough, this Pinot Gris reflects the diversity and character of the region. The fruit was harvested in optimal condition and promptly transported to the winery, where it was gently pressed.

Fermentation was carried out in 100% stainless steel under controlled conditions, using selected yeast strains to preserve varietal purity and enhance aromatic expression.
