Delicate fresh strawberry, cranberry and citrus fruit, and good acidity. Clean and well balanced. Prosecco Rosé delivers delicate notes of tropical fruit on the nose followed by rich ripe red fruit flavors on the palate with gentle but persistent bubbles.
La Gioiosa Prosecco Rosé uses vines grown in the same region where classic Prosecco is produced, Prosecco Rosé is made by co-fermenting Glera grapes (the variety used in classic Prosecco) together with Pinot Noir (known as Pinot Nero in Italy). La Gioiosa is vegan-friendly and it uses no animal-based products in the production of its Prosecco Rosé.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with finger foods, Mediterranean first courses, and fresh dishes.
