This Pinot Gris, sourced from select Marlborough vineyards, presents a delicate pale straw hue. The bouquet is vibrant and lifted, with notes of ripe orchard pear and crisp red apple. On the palate, generous layers of juicy orchard fruit unfold across a rich, supple texture, balanced by a fine thread of fresh acidity. Round and generous in style, the wine is immediately approachable, while offering the potential to develop further complexity with careful cellaring over the coming years.

The fruit was machine-harvested and promptly delivered to the winery, where it was gently pressed and cool-fermented in 100% stainless steel under controlled temperatures to preserve clarity, purity, and aromatic precision. Carefully selected yeast strains guided a clean, expressive fermentation.
