On the palate, the high carbonation delivers a crisp, tongue-tingling freshness that amplifies the wine’s zesty acidity. Juicy citrus and tropical flavours fill the palate with electric energy, leading to a clean, saline finish that lingers refreshingly. The unique Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc flavours come from our multiple vineyard parcels, each managed slightly differently to give our winemakers a wide array of components to play with. Once harvested, we press the grapes, settle the juice and then ferment these parcels with different yeasts. We've given this wine maximum Sparkle on the bottling line, creating fine, persistent bubbles for a creamy or tingling mouthfeel, adding complexity and movement across the palate.
