The color of Vigor is a deep ruby red, which heralds the olfactory richness of the wine. On the nose, it features intense notes of wild berries, such as blackberries and raspberries, enriched by nuances of sweet spices and a subtle touch of vanilla, inherited from the oak maturation.  On the palate, Umani Ronchi IGT "Vigor" shows an excellent balance between acidity and well-integrated tannins. The taste is dominated by flavors of ripe fruit and spicy notes, blending into a persistent and harmonious finish. This wine has great aging potential but can also be equally appreciated in its youth for its liveliness and freshness.

Produced primarily from Montepulciano grapes, with a small addition of other local varieties, Vigor undergoes a meticulous vinification process. The grapes are handpicked at the perfect point of ripeness to ensure that all flavors and aromas are captured at their peak. After fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels for several months, gaining complexity and structure.
