Ripe berries and herbal undertones, with hints of cedar and spice. An elegant soft Merlot, with spiced dark berries and cherries, generous weight and good length of flavour. Well integrated spicy oak with soft tannins and a lingering finish.

Our Varietal Series is deliciously unconfusing. Approachable, fruit-driven flavours with balanced acidity for everyday drinking. Screaming for friends and cheese platters.

Food Pairing: Merlot pairs well with grilled chicken and other light meats as well as lightly spiced dark meats with roast vegetables.
