This easy drinking Chardonnay displays ripe mango and apricot aromas that go hand and hand with a creamy palate.
Marlborough is situated at the top northeast corner of the South Island of New Zealand. This Reserve Chardonnay is made from small parcels of fruit, selected from some of Marlborough's finest vineyard sites.
Machine harvested and transported to the winery, the fruit for this wine was immediately pressed from its skins and fermented in cool stainless-steel tanks to retain fresh fruit characteristics. A second malolactic fermentation was conducted to add complexity and layers of luscious cream flavours to the wine.
Food Pairing: An ideal match with seafood or white meats.
