Rich, ripe flavours of cherries and blackberries, supple gamey savoury notes and a soft touch of oak and tannins to give a smooth, moorish wine with good palate weight, drawing to a long  finish. A light bouquet of red berry fruit backed with subtle notes of tobacco, earthy savouriness  and spice. An edge of nuttiness  also that integrates nicely with the red berry fruit. 13% alc.

1 x Cotterell’s Pinot Noir 2013

awarded 4.5 stars: Sam Kim Wine Orbit

"A beautifully developing pinot, the fragrant bouquet shows spiced cherry, game, clove and nutmeg characters with a touch of earthy mushroom complexity. The palate is elegantly weighted and finely textured, offering lovely ripe flavours together with savoury undertones. A nicely proportioned pinot ideally suited to partner slow-cooked dishes. At its best: now to 2017" Sam Kim Wine Orbit 13% alc.

A full bodied style with great backbone and a long lingering finish. An immediately accessible wine, which will improve over the next 2 years. Enjoy with full flavoured fish dishes, any red meats or vegetarian plates.13.5% alc.

1 x Ant Moore Organic Pinot Noir 2014

awarded 90/100 points: Sam Kim Wine Orbit

awarded 18/20 points: Raymond Chan

"Dark ruby-red colour, paler on the rim.  The nose is softly fresh with gentle, ethereal aromas of red florals intermingling with raspberries and subtle herb and mineral nuances, revealing red liquorice and raspberry liqueur elements in the glass.  Medium-full bodied and elegant in presentation, the flavours of raspberries and red florals show with a luscious succulence.  The fruit is harmoniously entwined with subtle herbal elements, forming a positive, linear core.  The fruit is supported by fine-grained, supple tannins and the wine is enlivened by soft lacy acidity, the vibrant structure carrying the wine to a light, lingering finish.  This is an elegant, succulent raspberry-fruited Pinot Noir with fine structure and line.  Match with Asian fare, and poultry, veal and pork over the next 5-6 years." Raymond Chan 14% alc.

1 x Rapaura Springs Pinot Noir 2014

Our 2014 Pinot Noir has pure and complex aromas of dark cherry with a hint of  violet, blackcurrant and clove.  The palate is rich and complex, with juicy ripe cherries, succulent black Doris plum and a lovely flinty or mineral streak that adds to the charm. A smoky oak influence is finely balanced with ripe tannins and a silky, elegant finish. Our 2014 Pinot Noir will reward careful cellaring over the next 3-5 years. 13% alc.

1 x Rockface Pinot Noir 2015

Black cherry and plum, toffee, spicy oak and hints of the forest floor. Red fruit and spice on the palate with fine, silky tannin and balanced acidity. 13.5% alc.
