Lifted aromas of ripe pear, fresh stonefruit and spring flowers. Medium-bodied with a silky texture of creme anglaise, and apricots, subtle mineral notes and an off-dry finish. Made from small parcels of fruit selected from some of Marlborough’s finest vineyard sites. The wine is drinking well now and will be at its best over the next two to three years.
Food Pairing: A lovely aperitif wine or fabulous with pork dishes.
