How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is simple, you just need to create a login using your current email address and you’re in! It costs nothing to become a member, and there is no minimum case order or spending requirement - browse and buy at your leisure.
How do I become a Trade member?
Buying for your business, clients, a wedding or other event? We can provide a personal account manager to assist you with your purchasing, as well as wholesale pricing and information about exclusive wines not available on our standard site. Where are you located?
Our office is based in Auckland, but we do not have any physical stores that are open to the public. Unfortunately, due to licencing regulations, we are currently unable to offer click and collect services.
Do you sell single bottles?
To assist with making our products as cost-effecient as possible, majority of products sold on Black Market are in case format (either 6 or 12 bottles) with a few exceptions such as magnum bottles and selected spirits options.
Can I mix my own case of wines?
Because we work with more than one hundred suppliers across the nation, we don't currently have the option to offer customers the ability to mix a custom case of wine/spirits. We do have a range of excellent pre-mixed options, however, which can be found here.
What is a Mystery Wine?
Our Mystery Wines are simply wines we love, with the branding hidden and revealed only when it arrives at your door. This means that we can charge the lowest possible rate without issues from competitors, as well as providing a unique and exciting purchase experience for our members.
Can I track my wine?
We work with a wide range of distributors who deliver their wines to you using individual courier companies, which can make it difficult for us to give you one tracking number for a purchase of products from multiple areas of the country. If your wine hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, however, drop us an email with your order number or message us on Facebook and we’ll respond with all the details you need.
Why have I only received one of the products I ordered?
Because our products come from wineries and suppliers across the country, one product may arrive before the other. They shouldn’t be too far apart, though.
Can I return my product?
We understand that every now and again you could come across a faulty bottle, or you haven’t enjoyed your first taste. Send us an email and we’ll be happy to discuss our returns policy with you.
What does 'NV' next to a product name mean?
No Vintage: A non-vintage wine is created by blending a number of wines from different vintages to create an ideal flavour profile.
What does 'SV' next to a product name mean?
Single Vineyard is a term used in the wine industry referencing that the wine in the bottle comes from a single vineyard site. Isolating a single site also means that the team can give more attention to the grapes grown on that site which results in a very high quality wine.
