What a score this buy was although I was reasonably sure what I was buying before placing the order. Great wine, fantastic pricing. I shared the purchase with a couple of friends and when sharing a glassful to compliment our Chinese cuisine last night one of them said he'd walked past it in a supermarket start of the week at $26 / bottle, he thought it was a right score and has asked me to include him in anything further I order because he hasn't shared a dud with me yet.

Custom labelled by the winery for a commercial customer so not something you'd recognize from supermarket shelves but a really pleasant drop. Added on labels for NZ compliance made the bottle look slightly shabby but the contents had nothing to apologize for, wish I'd bought more before it sold out. Another one of those understated bargains we often see on Black Market.

I had always regarded p. blanc as nice dry fish wine-this is different. It is spicy, without the cloying sweetness of the usual gewurtz.-more like a dry cross between gewurtz and chardonnay-I love it

A stunning wine with depth and flavour. Cherries and black fruits certainly as good as a Central Otago Pinot Noir in everything except the price. This is a wine that seems to suit all palates so we are using it as our wedding guest wine.
