This sparkling has a lifted floral nose with strawberry and cherry aromas and a beautiful blush pink colour from skin contact. A lively palate of fresh strawberries and a delicate bead lends to a crisp and clean finish.
Made from 100% Adelaide Hills grown Pinot Noir and harvested during the cool of night to retain freshness and flavour. Crushed and destemmed straight to press with minimal time on skins to only extract the faintest of colour, all individual batches are retained and chosen based on flavour, complexity and cohesiveness within the blend to produce a light, delicate, varietal sparkling Pinot Noir.
