Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and passionfruit. A crisp, refreshing palate bursting with fresh apricots, nectarines and tangy citrus. A herbaceous thread leads onto a mouth-watering finish.
The Mt Olympus Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards across Marlborough’s maritime and cool climate sub regions, including the Wairau valley. Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and cool fermented to retain fresh fruit characters and zing.
Food Pairing: Perfect for drinking immediately this wine is at its best over the next 1-2 years. Delicious matched with smoked salmon and goats cheese salad.

This sav is delicious. I was amazed at the quality at the price. The wine is not over baringly sharp and whilst it has a lovely crispness of taste it also has a softer feel on the palate usually associated with wines far more expensive.
