Description
Crystal-clear, pale rose pink. Strawberries and citrus on the nose, with hints of jasmine. Expressive with a full array of Summer fruits. Fresh, full-bodied and fruity on the mid-palate, then finishing crisp, elegant and long, with a persistent silky texture. Very moreish.
The grapes for this wine was grown from vineyards of argilo-limoneux (clay and limestone), very stony. Grenache noir vines, between 15 and 65 years old, North-West facing at 530m. Syrah vines, between 15 and 45 years old, South-West facing at 540m. Other varieties 8 years old.
Single cordon de Royat with 5 shoots per cordon, double cordon de Royat with 6 shoots per cordon.
