This Champagne has a copper pink appearance with a satin salmon shimmer. The nose will be delighted by fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry chutney, blackberry and redcurrant. The persistence in mouth with leave you wanting more.

A delicious blend of 75% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir. Made with the Traditional Methods of Champagne with the base wine going through secondary fermentation in the bottle for 3 years, aging on its lees before being riddled and disgorged and topped with a dosage before being corked with a Mytik Diamant cork.

Food Pairing: Excellent for a romantic aperitif or a colourful menu.
