The palate offers lovely weight and supple mouthfeel backed by bright acidity, finishing lingering and crisp. Well balanced and friendly with tasty juicy flavours" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
"Bright, light rose-pink with a peach hue; bubbles are moderately fine and persistent. The nose is youthful and vibrant with aromas of red florals, red berries, along with fresh herbs and yellow stonefruit, unveiling subtle notes of baking and mealy as it aerated. Medium-bodied, dry to taste with a hint of sweetness. Aromas of red fruit and red florals melded with fresh herbs and bread detail, brisk and lively. The palate is fresh with mouthwatering acidity; smooth-flowing with good energy and a light phenolic drip, balancing the bread and yeast detail, added interest. This is a youthful, thirst-quenching sparkling rosé with flavours of red fruit, red florals, along with herbs and yeasty, bread detail, lingers to a fresh and dry finish" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews

Light rose pink with a peach hue. Fresh and lively red berry and floral aromas with hints of fresh herbs, nectarines and strawberries. Vibrant and refreshing bursting with summer berries, brioche flavours and a juicy acidity, finishing long and delicious.
Produced from a beautiful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, an elegant wine with a hint of florals and nectarines, bursting with summer berries and a refreshing dry finish.
Produced from fruit grown in vineyards in Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay, the base wine is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir. The base wine underwent secondary fermentation via the charmat method to produce this complex, fruity Brut Rosé.
Food Pairing: Delicious as an aperitif, and very versatile for pairing with food. Perfect with a picnic, try this delightful wine with smoked salmon or a big bowl of berries.
