Description

Subtly sweet and floral, yet complex with a hidden palate of warm West Coast rainforest resin that characterises the Little Biddy® Gin range.

Their Little Biddy Gin – Pink is back, and masterfully reformulated using New Zealand Cherries. A bright gin with sweet citrus and subtle floral notes on the nose. A palate of warming spice followed by the complex sweetness and depth of the cherry fruit.

14 Botanicals including: West Coast Cherries, Blueberries, Lavender, Kanuka, Tarata and Rosemary are joined by traditional gin botanicals Angelica, Cardamom, Cassia, Coriander, Juniper, Liquorice, NZ Navel Oranges and Orris Root.

Created in honour of Reefton legend Little Biddy, a pipe-smoking, gin-toting, 4-foot-tall gold prospector. Their search for native botanicals takes them deep into the same West Coast rainforest where Biddy once fossicked for gold, to craft a uniquely New Zealand gin with a pioneer’s attitude. Distilled from New Zealand botanicals including native Toatoa, Horopito, Tarata, Kahikatea and Rimu. Little Biddy captures the taste of the West Coast rainforest.

Often described as a sipping gin; so good you can drink it straight; Little Biddy Gin is equally good enjoyed in a cocktail.

Perfect served with quality tonic or soda water, with fresh/frozen raspberries or tayberries and a lemon slice.
