...this is a little sweet for my liking. However, there were plenty who liked that extra sweetness of this bubbly. And if you're more attracted to the 'dry' end of the sweetness scale, and you like it rosé, then you can't go past the Pol Rémy Sparkling Rosé (and the Brut is equally highly drinkable).
