Salmon-pink robe. Fresh, intense bouquet of peach and clementine, with notes of red berry. Frank and refreshing in the mouth, with aromas of apricot and peach. A flattering, aromatic wine with a good balance of zest and suppleness. A resolutely modern Rosé showcased in an elegant bottle.
Complete destemming, direct pressing and maceration adapted to the various grape varieties. Fermentation at 14° to 16°C.
The "Romance" wine is the fruit of a meticulous selection of grapes lovingly blended by the oenologist and cellar master, both experts in Provence wines, to lend every vintage its unique intensity, complexity and character.
Food Pairing: Serve well-chilled as an aperitif drink or, ideally, with tapas, salads or Provencal-style fresh vegetables.
