This lovely salmon pink wine with fine bubbles has intense red fruit aromas. The palate is fresh, elegant and balanced.
Just looking at this wine makes you thirsty! A lovely salmon pink colour and an intense yet delicate bouquet of wild strawberries and cut cherries. It has fine, delicate mousse and is soft and creamy on the palate with flavours of red forest fruits. Very fresh, lively and more-ish with a clean, dry finish. This classy sparkling French rosé is a winner, grab some while you can.
The style of Charles de Fère is to voluntarily refuse territorial limits, building close partnership relations with growers & vineyard owners so that they can select cuvées from northerly vineyards of Burgundy for their freshness and elegance, together with cuvées from southern vineyards for ripe fruit, body and smoothness. This bold approach adds finesse, structure, and a complex harmony of flavors that makes Charles de Fère what it is today.

Good strawberry flavors, but not "fruity". Decent yeastiness that let's you know it's french. Very dry finish. Overall a good bubble at a very good price.
