"Fresh, spicy, reductive, fruity, varietal and enticing boquuet. Aromas of boysenberries and dark pums, raspberry and spices. Fruity and spicy as the wine touches the palate, flavours of dark berries and plums, dark roses and some mild toasty wood qualties. Firmish tannins are easily absorbed and acidity keeps the wine apalate fresh. Well made and ready to drink from 2022 through 2026. Decanting recommended" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Jan 2022
"Youthful and beautifully lifted on the nose with Black Doris plum, raspberry, violet, tar and almond notes, it's succulent and fruit expressive on the palate delivering plump mouthfeel with a silky tasty finish. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2022
Intense red purple. Excellent typical Merlot where we find above all notes of cherries accompanied by licorice, complemented by subtle touches of vanilla and toffee. Silky and friendly from the beginning with elegant and balanced finish. The body is medium and the fresh black fruit makes this wine very balanced and pleasant.
Food Pairing: Italian cuisine not spicy and rich in tomato sauces. White meat garnished with creamy sauces and/or soft cheeses.
