Intense red colour in the glass with prominent fruit jam & wild berry aromas jumping out of the glass. This wine is round and smooth on the palate.
Primitivo grapes carefully selected in the heart of Manduria DOP and harvested by hand in small boxes.
Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French barrels and American barriques at least for 10 months.
Food Pairing: It perfectly matches with red meat and game.
