Delicate, translucent and shiny colour, a very pale pink. With its seductive floral aromas, the nose immediately transports us to the Provençal scrubland. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and generous with fruity aromas of citrus, grapefruit and figs, perfectly balanced by a nice mineral structure. The finish is long with a hint of bitterness that offers an irresistible iodine and lemony character. A real explosion of flavours full of elegance.

The mouth is truly balanced and fulfilled by a perfect combination between a beautiful sense of tension, an unctuous character and a light sensation of sweetness. The result is a very refreshing and harmonious wine, where purity and fruitiness are perfectly balanced ending on persistent and acidulous notes. Serve cool, at a temperature of 8°-10°C (46°-50°F).
