The most traditional Soave wine, a classic pillar of excellence which is an expression of the tradition and mirror of this classical area. A fresh, white and sapid wine, with pleasant hints of white flowers and white flesh fruit. The distintive mineral notes come from the volcanic soil in which the Garganega and the Trebbiano of Soave grow.

Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with light first courses and fish dishes.
