Bright and intense ruby red, with violet reflections. Aromas of candied fruits, essences to plums with notes of chocolate. Harmonic tannins in the mouth with a medium body and plesant aftertaste.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in alluvial and colluvial soils, handpicked (40%) during April.
Wine aged in stainless steel and epoxy concrete vats for 2 months.
Food Pairing: Ideal to serve with red meats, cheese, spicy stews and pasta with spicy sauces.
