This delicious Hawke's Bay Cabernet Merlot displays flavours of ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry with a hint of new leather. The palate is soft and fruit driven with balanced acidity and a silky fine structure. Highlights of black Doris plum and toasted coffee lift the palate to showcase a great length. Drinking beautifully now this wine can be enjoyed young or with careful cellaring will mature over the next 5 years or beyond.

Food Pairing: Matched perfectly with pan-seared Filet Mignon and herb butter.

2 x Faultline Reserve Hawke's Bay Cabernet Franc 2021

An aromatic blend of green peppercorn and chocolate laced with ripe berry fruits. A full bodied and complex palate displaying flavours of black cherry and dark chocolate with a touch of green chilli. Focused with a cocoa powder like tannin structure and a long toasty finish. Perfect for drinking immediately this wine will continue to mature and delight for at least five years from vintage. After this time, it will further develop with careful cellaring.

"Youthfully charming and elegantly lifted, the bouquet shows Black Doris plum, thyme, olive and roasted nut characters, followed by a supple palate displaying sweet berry flavours combined with spicy nuances, finishing long and succulent. At its best: now to 2024" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Mar 2021

A concentrated wine from Marlborough which is deep ruby red in colour with purple highlights. Floral and ripe red plum aromas with a hint of spice fill the glass. The palate displays flavours of  juicy plum and boysenberry and a long toasty finish. An elegant medium bodied palate structure is supported with silky tannins and well balanced acidity, interlaced with spicy oak and coffee. Although this wine will cellar for at least five years from vintage date, it can also be enjoyed now while young.

Food Pairing: A great food match with beef bourguignon and crusty bread.
