Produced from a blend of clones 95 & Mendoza the aromas of white peach, melon and nectarine shine brightly to deliver a moreish wine worthy of any setting.
A cooler ripening period resulted in a wine that shows expressive aromatics, great concentration, and fresh lively acidity with a precise structure on the palate.
The wine was aged for 8 months in 25% new French barrique and 75% older barrels. The buttery profile has been purposely minimised through selective malolactic fermentation to help deliver an elegantly textured Chardonnay, with beautiful balance and a long pure finish.

I ordered the case over the internet from the UK, delivered to relatives in New Zealand. This was a seemless and secure operation and worked well. I have not tried the product myself, but enquiries suggest that the recipient is very pleased.
