Description

  • Dry style
  • Rockmelon & strawberries
  • Creaming soda & florals
  • Soft & creamy

"Fresh and inviting, the bouquet shows sweet strawberry, creaming soda, rockmelon and white floral aromas. It's equally charming in the mouth offering excellent vibrancy with juicy fruit flavours, finishing refreshing and lingering. Beautifully composed and elegantly flavoursome. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jul 2023

"Mid pink Rosé with a silken smooth texture and floral/ripe cherry, lanolin, watermelon and strawberry flavours supported by refreshing acidity" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review, Aug 2023

Lovely bright aromatics of rock melon, rosewater and pretty florals followed by a soft creamy palate with fresh summer strawberries and a morish finish.

Harvested from three sub-regions of the Central Otago - Peregrine Estate Bendigo (33%), Gibbston (9%) and Pisa (58%).

Favourable early season conditions delivering strong canopy growth lead into settled weather for an even fruit set. The hot and dry summer that followed set up an early harvest and great fruit quality.

A combination of whole bunched pressed, with destemmed and crushed fruit.

Food Pairing: Blush pink, bright and fruity. A vibrant summer wine to enjoy with or without food.
