"Fine and delicate, the bouquet shows lemon peel, nectarine and crunchy apple notes with a hint of sweet strawberry. The palate delivers fine focus and linear mouthfeel, splendidly supported by juicy fruit flavours and lively acidity. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Sep 2023

Light pink with slightly purple shades, clear. Elegant and fine, flavoured, red fruit, recurrent, spices. Ample and fleshy, with a lot of finesse.

The vineyards of Côtes-de-Provence is situated at the foot of the plateau Cengle next to Aix-en-Provence, in the town of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.

A blend of bled-off rosé wine and direct pressing; washing then alcoholic fermentation with full temperature control.

Food Pairing: A summer wine par excellence (grilled food, Provence salads, salade niçoise) can be served with meals all year round (red meat, white meat).
