Soft pale coral pink. The aromas consist of a combination of summer berry fruits. The fresh red current and strawberry notes are joint with delicate red floral notes. As the name suggests this palate is crisp and refreshing. This flavoursome and generous palate is packed full of red berry and cherry. The flavour has a long length and the crisp acidity gives a refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie, goats cheese and caramelized onion frittata, BBQ Salmon and asparagus.
