Description

  • French oak
  • Lemon curd
  • Ripe stone fruit
  • Luscious mouthfeel

"Attractively ripe and nicely fragrant, showing summer peach, fig, rockmelon and nougat notes on the nose, followed by a succulent palate offering smooth texture combined with juicy acidity, finishing long and tasty. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Mar 2024

A pure, bright, and youthful citrus driven Chardonnay with lemon curd and melon aromas. Ripe stone fruit characters and citrus undertones are prominent on the palate leaving a fresh and lush mouthfeel.

This wine was fermented in a combination of French oak barriques, and temperature controlled stainless steel tank, providing both complex and refreshing characters in the wine. Post fermentation, the juice underwent a secondary malolactic fermentation for 9 months in barrel. This wine was bottled in early 2024 and will have the ability to age well over time.

Food Pairing: Perfect match with fresh scallops, white fish, and chicken.
