Every year thousands of cherries with little cosmetic imperfections mean they cannot be sold locally or for export were going to waste. Until NZ Cherry Corp and Citizen teamed up to repurpose these cherries that are packed with flavour and nutritional benefits to create this Gin & Lemon… sip by sip, together we are making a positive impact on reducing edible and delicious cherries from going to waste!
