Chêne Bleu Heloise is a rich and complex wine that comes from the world-renowned Rhône Valley region in France. This vibrant red wine is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes, which are carefully selected from the winery's organic vineyards. The wine is named after the winery's founder, Heloise de Tavenaux, who is a passionate believer in biodynamic farming methods that promote a sustainable and natural environment. Chêne Bleu Heloise has a deep and intense color with an elegant bouquet of blackcurrants, cherries, and spices. On the palate, it is dense and flavorful, with a long finish that reveals notes of vanilla and mocha. This wine is perfect for special occasions or enjoying with a delicious meal.
70% Syrah, 26% Grenache, 4% Roussanne.
Food Pairing: A generous and intense blend with strong aging potential, ideally suited to game birds, poultry, lamb and roasted vegetables. Decant for 2-3 hours and serve at room temperature.
