Straw in colour with green hues. Complex aromas of honeysuckle, lemon rind, apricot and peach mingle with hints of cashew and fresh pineapple. The palate is rich and textured, a luscious wine with layers of spice, citrus and apricot showing the distinct Viognier varietal characters that persist through to the lovely fresh finish.

Beautiful organic Viognier grapes are picked from the Barich family property adjacent to the Murray River at Loxton, the Bassham family’s vineyard in Barmera and the Yarra Vale Vineyard in Virginia. Meticulous work in all vineyards ensures that the grapes are in perfect condition when they are picked.

Replenishing winter rainfall with a cool, dry spring and below average summer temperatures, perfect weather for ripening the grapes. The grapes were harvested full of flavour and natural acidity.
