Rich and complex, with pronounced aromas of ripe stone fruits such as peach and hint of sautéed butter, touch of spice like clove or nutmeg. This Chardonnay showcases a harmonious balance of fruit, oak, and acidity, with the barrel fermentation adding layers of complexity and richness. 2O23 harvest was a challenging time for Chardonnay, which until the cylone had beenexperiencing an exceptional growth period. However, due to the dedication of the vineyard team we were able to pick only the best quality fruit, which made the winemaking somuch easiser.
