Fruit cake spice, spicy oak, chocolate, red cherry and blackcurrant. Intense, just the way we like it. Full bodied, firm upfront tannin with a velvety, toasty oak finish.
Food Pairing: Best paired with bold flavours, big and salty meats. A rich cut such as Wagyu rib-eye will also pair perfectly with these bold notes.
