This wine features aromatic notes of white pepper, stone fruit, and spice. The palate is focused and well-structured, with vibrant acidity leading to a lingering, fresh finish. Currently enjoying its peak, the wine's structure and complexity will continue to evolve in the bottle over the next four years.
The grapes for our 2021 Gruner Veltliner were harvested from sites known for its early budburst, which allowed for a lengthy ripening period into late autumn. This extended hang time enhances the intensity and ripeness of the Grüner Veltliner traits.
