Pale salmon hue in the glass. Fragrant red berry fruits. Off-dry with a birght expression, balanced acidity gives length, elegance and a moreish finish.
Sourced from our dry farmed Havelock Hill vineyards. Vine age between 10 to 30 years. Hand-picked from blocks target for this wine.
Selected parcels were hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and lightly settles overnight. Fermented separately in stainless steel with selected aromtic yeast. The wine was blended and stabilized and has then been carbonated to give a lively sparkle. At Black Barn our approach with the wine is elegant berry fruit with complexity on the nose with a seamless palate.
