"The 2022 Chardonnay is round, creamy and succulent. Biodynamically grown, hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, there’s a sense of purity and ease. It fills the mouth with concentrated fruit and leaves behind a fine-grained texture that coats the cheeks. Wild fermented and aged in French oak and puncheons for six months, the oak influence is subtle, with pastry-like lees characters complementing the ripe apple-like flavors.
