Description

  • Dry style
  • Pomegranate
  • White floral
  • Zesty acidity

"Brightly fruited and instantly appealing, the wine shows sweet strawberry, pomegranate, Gala apple and white floral nuances. The palate displays youthful fruit intensity with fine texture and zesty acidity, finishing long and refreshing. At its best: now to 2026" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2024

"A distinctive shade of raspberry red and highly polished appearance leads to a bouquet and palate of cherry and strawberry wrapped in red apple skin. Crisp and dry with core fruit flavours driving impact then a satin cream mouthfeel. Great acid line and length. Well made and ready to drink from 2025 through end of summer 2027" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Jan 2025

Bursting with floral aromas, luscious raspberry notes and a hint of spice. Fresh and juicy on the palate, an elegant Rosé with a lingering moreish dry finish that will leave you wanting more.

Our 2024 Rosé is made from a blend of Merlot and Syrah grapes from vineyards mainly in the the Bridge Pa sub-region in Hawke’s Bay.

Hawke’s Bay experienced tan exceptional harvest in 2024, although the yields were lower than normal. The fine weather was a welcome change after some challenging seasons. The hot and dry summer resulted in outstanding quality grapes at harvest, which was at the beginning of March.

The grapes were processed with minimal pressing on skins to give just a touch of colour. A temperature controlled fermentation with selected yeast strains helped to preserve the aromatics.

Food Pairing: Perfect for a picnic, enjoy slightly chilled with friends and family. Delicious as an aperitif and with long lunches.
