  • French oak
  • Kaffir lime
  • Stonefruit
  • Bright acidity

"With brilliant clarity and intensity, the impressively aromatic bouquet shows kaffir lime, jalapeno, kiwifruit and jasmine notes, leading to a wonderfully structured palate that’s packed with vibrant fruit flavours. Beautifully complemented by saline texture and bright acidity, making it mouth-watering and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2029" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2023

"Bright, even, pale straw yellow with a slight green hue. This has an expressive bouquet with aromas of stonefruit, citrus, zest layering flint and a suggestion of roasted nuts. Medium-full bodied, aromas of peach, lime, grapefruit and its zest entwined with stone flint and spice. The fruit has good energy and a zesty core; invigorating acidity drives with tension to a clean-textured, salivating finish. This Chardonnay has a pure forefront and sleek texture palate" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Sep 2024

"An excellent wine with a bouquet of freshness and complexity, variety and definitive style. Aromas of cashew nut and fresh peach then lemon and spiced brown pear. The lees that this wine rested on showcases an earthy mineral quality, shape and form. Dry and nicely taut on the the palate with the impact of acidity, youth and lees showing first then fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. Well made, poised and youthful with best drinking from late 2025 through 2031+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Sep 2023

This wine has a vivid luminosity, with alluring aromas of fresh bay leaf, sea spray, and Mexican Orange Blossom which are complex, vibrant and finely concentrated, revealing layers of fresh wild herbs, peach, and green olive on the palate. The refined winemaking method has produced a timeless and gracefully textured Chardonnay with excellent balance and a long, pure finish.

This year’s harvest stands out as one of the best in the past decade - allowing for perfect harvest conditions. The Indian summer, followed by a cooler autumn, allowed for an even, slower ripening period, producing highly concentrated fruit with distinctive flavours. As a result, the wines are pure and powerful, with lifted aromatics, lively acidity and great energy.

Grapes were harvested in the early morning to retain freshness and purity. Grapes were gently pressed and the juice fermented with wild yeast. The wine was then aged for 10 months in a mixture of French oak barriques and cuves. Full malolactic fermentation occurred.
