Description

Distinctive Shiraz aromas with red fruit. Bright fruit flavours of cherries and spice. 

McLarens on the Lake is produced by Serafino Wines from our premium vineyards in McLaren Vale. The name McLarens on the Lake is the name given to the location where Serafino winery stands today.

Shiraz is fermented on skins for 7 days then pressed and racked to tank and older barrels for maturation.

Food Pairing: Lamb cutlets.
