Harvested in early March and barrel fermented with 10% whole bunch fruit included Maturation — 10 months in a range of new to 3 year old French puncheons.

Just as the mail coach driver would introduce new routes for his passengers, we have altered our course to reveal a more contemporary version of the classically vibrant Padthaway Shiraz.
