100% Shiraz made by talented winemaker Silvia Corti from fruit selected from several sub-regions of Mendoza, namely Maipú, Rivadavia and Junín to ensure consistency of style from vintage to vintage. Fermented in stainless steel fermentation at 25-27°C for 7 days to capture intensity of fruit and aged for 4 months in American oak. This bold Shiraz is dark purple in colour with violet tones. The nose offers intense aromas of blackberry fruit with notes of black pepper spice. Flavours of rich dark berries and a hint of vanilla lead into a long and persistent finish with soft, rip tannins. (Bottled un-fined and therefore suitable for Vegans/vegetarians.)
