Vibrant rouge with red hues. Aromas of plum, blackcurrants and dark cherry fruit dominate the nose with hints of black pepper, spice and vanillin toasty oak adding complexity. 

Soft and medium bodied with flavours of dark red fruit, black berry and cherry. This Shiraz has subtle fine tannins and toasty oak which provides excellent length and balance to the overall flavour.

Grapes were harvested in early March and fermented on skins for a period of five to six days to allow for full colour and tannin extraction. The must was then pressed off and racked into premium American oak to add richness and complexity. Once maturation was completed after approximately nine months, selected parcels of Shiraz were blended together to create a wine of great balance and complexity.
