Beautiful dusty pink in colour this refreshing Rosé has a luscious and bright palate displaying ripe fruit flavours of fresh cut watermelon, pink grapefruit and ripe white peach with subtle floral notes. Perfect for drinking now this wine will be at its best over the next two years.
The fruit for this wine is a blend of two different grape varieties, Malbec and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes have been carefully selected from a number of quality vineyard sites from the lower Wairau Valley, capable of reaching optimum flavor intensity. The delicate colour was extracted by having the grapes spend just a few hours on their skins. Fermentation occurred in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with an antipasto platter.
