A brilliant red and purple in the glass with rich aromas of blackberries and very light hints of vanilla and sweet caramel, while floral notes of violets and jasmine appear as a classic representation of the Garnacha variety. This wine has a delicate and fresh entry in the mouth giving way to sweet caramel and a light taste of toasted oak, making the wine very pleasant and enjoyable to drink.

The wine went through a cold pre-fermentation, then a temperature controlled stainless steel fermentation with indigenous yeast before being aged for two months in new 500L American oak.

A limy and sandy soil rich in minerals, scarce precipitations that do not exceed 300 litres per year, 90% sunshine rate and low yields of no more than 6.000 kg per hectare are the characteristics that provide our wines with their earthy character, full-bodied and with suggestive aromas.

Food Pairing: Spiced marinated lamb chops with garlic yoghurt or fennel-rubbed leg of lamb with salsa verde.
